GoogleGrainne was really helpful during our house search. She listened to our criteria and didn't send us listings for unsuitable or unaffordable houses (like some other agents). She always followed up after viewings, was quick to bring new, suitable properties to our attention, and was available and communicative throughout the process.

GoogleWow, what a team! After purchasing a property through Park and Bailey Coulsdon years ago I knew when it eventually came time to sell up, I’d use the same branch. Once again Luke, Ruby and Abbie proved they really are the best in the area by handling the sale of my property, while also booking viewings for the potential next property. Their attentiveness during viewings really are key in making the experience worth while and the brochures they create are extremely professional. I’d recommend them to anyone in the area.

GoogleHaving just completed a purchase through the Coulsdon office of Park & Bailey I’d be remiss not to thank the whole team for their help. Rob was a fount of local knowledge during the viewings then Ginette and Sue in the sales progression office led the communication between buyer, seller and the solicitors, keeping us informed through the process and rapidly answering any queries. UPDATE: The buying experience with Park & Bailey was so good that when we eventually came to sell it didn’t occur to me to use anyone else. The whole team worked well to get the sale through in some turbulent times for both buyers and sellers.

GoogleWe are the buyers for a property P&B are selling, and it's safe to say we have been incredibly impressed. Melissa has been our main point of contact and has been really friendly, informative and supportive through the whole process. Sue has helped us with getting the purchase over the line and has gone beyond what we would have expected from an estate agents in order to help us. Everyone we have spoken to has been helpful, informative and in as much urgency as us, which is often lacking at an estate agents. We plan to be in this house for years to come, but if and when we do sell in the future, we will certainly be selling with P&B and will strongly recommend them to friends. GoogleWe were the buyers of a property where Park & Bailey who were the agents. The house was secured very quickly once we put the offer in, it took a day to have it all agreed and offered to us, Rebecca did a brilliant job there. We were even more impressed with the after offer experience from Sue the Sales Coordinator who has gone above and beyond her role for us. When she was away Ginette was equally helpful. I don't think we would have completed on our purchase in the time frame that we have if we didn't have Sue to help. Absolutely brilliant team and the best estate agents i have ever dealt with. If we ever decide to sell we will definitely be using Park and Bailey.
