GoogleWe asked Park & Bailey to value our property in Chipstead following recommendations. Hadley was very impressive - both knowledgeable and professional. He gave us his honest view of the market and value. We loved Hadley’s 60second video, we thought this really added great value to the marketing. The approach via social media channels is clearly the way forward. The duo of Ruby and Luke were a brilliant team taking the marketing forward and chasing down applicants. We had several viewings the first weekend and they gave feedback on all viewings in a timely manner. Once the sale price was agreed, the sales progression team of Sue and Damien were excellent, chasing all parties and keeping us informed and responding quickly to questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending Park & Bailey to sellers in and around Chipstead. Thank you guys.

GoogleAbsolutely Outstanding Service From start to finish, the team at Park & Bailey's Coulsdon branch were absolutely amazing. Luke Burley and his sales team were incredibly accommodating when I first viewed the property and supported the initial process seamlessly. However, the real superstar was Sue Hodson, who supported me and the seller throughout the entire sale process. Her dedication, professionalism and unwavering support made an enormous difference every step of the way. When things became difficult and emotional towards the end, Sue remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive. Her understanding and genuine care made such a stressful and emotional process feel so much easier. I’m truly grateful to the whole team at P&B for everything they did. Their professionalism, kindness and dedication went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I couldn’t recommend P&B highly enough. Thank you sincerely for all your help and support.❤️

GoogleWe just wanted to say a massive thank you to Luke, Ruby and Ivan. From Luke's very first visit, right through to all the viewings, you have all been absolutely fantastic. We were a bag of nerves and really weren't looking forward to the whole process of selling our home, but you answered every question we had and put our minds at rest whenever we had any concerns. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Our house went live on the Wednesday, and by Monday it was sold! We genuinely couldn't be happier with the outcome. Before choosing you, we had three separate valuations. Two of the agents significantly undervalued our home, and we almost decided not to move at all. Then we met Luke... and the rest is history! A special thank you also goes to Headley, the Director, for producing such an amazing marketing video and running a fantastic social media campaign. It really showcased our home beautifully and undoubtedly helped generate so much interest. We'd also like to thank your photographer for capturing such stunning photos of our home. We'll definitely be keeping copies of both the photos and the video, they're a wonderful keepsake and will always have a place in our family album. Thank you all for your professionalism, honesty, excellent communication and hard work throughout. We always felt we were in safe hands and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking to sell their home. GoogleI have asked you to stop putting your cards and flyers through my door . I spoke to you 2024/5 and you said you would stop it , but it still happens a card two days ago and now a flyer 10 minutes ago . Why do you respect my wishes . If If I wanted to sell it would not be through you because I find you harassing . I have no intention to sell so please look to gain your profits/ sale percentage somewhere else !

Siobhan was fantastic from the start, she arranged a viewing at short notice, was easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly walk me through the apartment and explain all the next steps. Her responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process feel effortless from the very beginning. Joanna then took over seamlessly, handling all the paperwork, payment confirmations and everything required right up until I moved in. She was attentive, efficient, and always on hand whenever I had a question, which made the final steps smooth and organised.
