GoogleI usually don’t trust estate agents too much, but I must say that my interaction with Siobhan and Joanna has been very positive. I was interested in renting a studio but was not able to view the place as I was abroad at the time. They were very helpful, efficient, and honest. There have been no bad surprises upon moving in and I can only recommend them.

GoogleXav and Joanna really worked hard to find the right tenants in as short a period of possible once I know the previous occupiers were leaving. They managed the whole process smoothly and calmly, and I now can't wait to welcome my new tenants to the property in just a couple of weeks.

GoogleIt was a good start but as time went on I felt it went off the boil. Lots of time wasters coming to view with no intention of buying, communication from Roxy and Thomason was great, as this lengthy period went on I emailed to take it off the market, this never happened, eventually a buyer was found and again a lengthy process of silence, we’d given up if I’m honest, then received a call to ask us to be out in one week, when I said this was impossible they asked Why? I then agreed personally with the buyers a reasonable date to vacate and complete. I did a lot of the negotiation myself. I do repeat though that Roxy & Thomason are a credit to your business

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with the team at Park & Bailey in Coulsdon and also when visiting another branch while we were looking around the area. Everyone we met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful rather than pushy, which made the whole process feel much more relaxed. They took the time to answer our questions, gave honest advice about the local area, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewings. Communication was great and it was clear the team really cares about helping people find the right home. Overall, a very professional but also personal service. We’re really grateful for the support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

GoogleFrom the time I met Chris I felt he was the right person to lead the sale of my home. After our initial meeting he put me in touch with Jess and Mark from his Sales Team who went about advertising and arranging viewings. Shortly after, my house was sold and I was in touch with the after-sales team: Sue and Damian who steered me through the latter stages of the sale. Park & Bailey, Caterham on the Hill, are a well coordinated team who provided me with a first class service. Yes, there were bumps in the road but they dealt with them efficiently and kept me informed until completion. If you are looking to sell your home and seeking an excellent service then look no further than Park & Bailey.
