Googlecalled the maintenance team and Bhanu answered the call. He was very rude and patronisingon. He laughed and said we are not doing that repair! When I asked why? He said I have asked my colleague and he he said that we won't do it. The repair is not listed? I have since reported the repair online as the option is there. Unprofessional and unacceptable to say the least. He refused to transfer the call to a manager or a more senior person and did not try and help resolve the issue at all. There is no where on the website to contact them to complain and so the review.

GoogleArnos Grove branch are terrible. Specifically the person I have been dealing with. They have never worked for me and always for the buyer. I had 2 offers. I asked which one I should take. They recommended a person they had dealt with before and already had a mortgage lined up. That was a falsehood. 9 months later. Their recommended buyer has now come back with they want a further £20k reduction. I suspect they wanted me to sell to their friend not a legitimate buyer. Everytime I talk to them it is stress and they are always putting pressure on me to lower my price even more. I hate the subterfuge and the lying from this estate agent. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere with trustworthy people. An update. I was promised by Sarju that the buyer had a mortgage in place. An absolute lie. I have reduced the price and still have to put up with their lies. Avoid these people at all costs
