GoogleI have had a really negative experience with this agent, the customer service is poor. I saw a property on the weekend and was recommended to see another one by the lettings colleague. After the viewing I called the office to express my interest in viewing the property he told me about. The lady on the phone was rushing me to make an offer when I was simply trying to arrange a viewing for another flat. The lady on the phone would not listen to my enquiry and I was rushed off the phone. They do not know how to speak to applicants and do not know how to deal with enquiries correctly. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than have my needs met. The booking process for viewings is long winded as you have to have a zoom call rather than have videos sent to you directly. The zoom call is literally a video with the colleague speaking over it. Will not be continuing my search with this agent as they made the overall experience really stressful and complicated.NegativeProfessionalism

Although doing each virtual viewing is very time consuming from our part, We had great and positive response from all our landlords, buyers, sellers and applicants who were happy with virtual viewings since it was saving them a lot of unnecessary journey. This we believe is necessary in such times We believe that the applicants viewing the property virtually along with us gives more personalised service and attention to our clients so that can fully understand the potential of the property and the comfort it has to offer to them and their family without stepping out of their house and risking their and their families health. They can ask all the questions and we can also assess with our tenants the criteria required by our reference companies in order to successfully afford the property Sometimes this policy does not fit well with certain applicants for which we apologies but we trust our system which produces excellent results for our clients We wish you all the very best with your future house hunting.
