GoogleIt was lovely to deal with Gemma. She helped us throughout the renting process and clear all the hurdles. We were renting after nearly 8 years and process was very new for us. FacebookI have rented a detached house from Oyster , which they didn’t do a proper inventory check out. There are many repairing needed and some even safety/ fire hazards. The agent - Kumar is not responsive and his manager Sajur ignore our complaint. It has been a month but no one follows up with all the repairs needed. Terrible agency! If all landlords would need to reconsider to let this agency to manage your properties, as they used tissue paper to stuff the hole on the wall and let the mould grows without action.

GoogleAwful customer service, I asked some questions and they didn’t call back. When I called both agents were rude and abrupt, and I really felt they couldn’t be bothered to help at all. They also didn’t know basic information about the property. Also the last customer service representative hung up on me. EDIT- I have concerns about the fact that Oyster responded to my review immediately, when they didn’t even return my call last week. I guess they care more about reviews then customer service. They’ve now deleted their response 🤣

Oyster have been brilliant in helping to sell our flat. On the day the agency agreement was signed, we have our first viewing. An offer was received the next way meeting exactly the asking price. Oyster helped the buyer to the service of a solicitor to handle the conveyancing. With the help of Mr Manesh Shah from Oyster, easing all hurdles along the way. The process was completed in 12 weeks which is speedy and efficient especially for a leasehold flat. We are extremely happy with the services rendered and have no hesitation recommend Oyster as an agent for buying or selling properties.
