During your tenancy, there were multiple breaches of contract, including unauthorized subletting and accommodating additional occupants, two families, without prior consent. Additionally, rent payments were frequently delayed, and the property was not maintained as required, resulting in rubbish being left in the garden. We take all maintenance requests seriously and ensure timely resolution of reported issues. However, tenants also bear responsibility for the general upkeep of the property, as outlined in the tenancy agreement.
