GoogleWe have used Outlets Services to assist us with rentals of several high end properties over the last 3 months or so and due to the quality of their service we have also recommended them to several of our friends who have used their services too. It is refreshing to work with an agency that are professional, friendly and keep you informed throughout the whole process. I really would have no hesitation in using their services again and would highly recommend them as an agency

Andrew Thiele accepted my instructions to sell a flat which was soon likely to be compulsorily purchased by the freeholder. This meant there was only one buyer so it was impossible to test his initial valuation properly. Nevertheless I am satisfied that the final value obtained was acceptable in these special circumstances. ..He was efficient and always kept me informed about progress even from his hospital bed. I was impressed. I have always had excellent service from Outlet Property Services over many years of contact. during which they found good tenants for my investment flat..

I was in a difficult situation and needed to move into the flat I'm renting asap. It was Michelle Jones that first showed me the property, and she was in touch the very next day and put me in touch with Theresa Parkes. Michelle explained the urgency of the situation to Theresa, who then did everything in her power to get all the references, paperwork etc. completed. To my genuine surprise and relief, everything was done in less than a week and I was able to move in. I'm extremely grateful to both of them. I've rented for many years in London and have always found agencies & agents to be very slow, unresponsive and disregarding of people's personal situations. I'll recommend Outlet, and particularly Michelle and Theresa to anyone that is looking to move. They have made what could've been a really long and painful process very quick and smooth - especially given that I'm a tenant with a pet!! I'd also like to point lut that Theresa continues to provide me with excellent support on an ongoing basis.

I have been renting short lets from Outlet for the last two years whenever my travels take me to London. David Bray has been excellent in ensuring that a well equipped and comfortable flat is always available for me. I've enjoyed staying in various sections of central London as Outlet offers a wide variety of accommodations ranging from contemporary to eclectic styles to more traditional styles. David always makes sure that all of the amenities that I need are available whether it's a hairdryer, internet or other special requests. I highly recommend that anyone seeking a short let for their stay in London consider Outlet and ask for David. You won't be disappointed with the flat or the superior service.
