The whole process was very challenging and took almost 6 months due to various reasons but I felt that Michelle was the only person being on our side during the process and helping to chase different parties to get some progress. I would use Outlet again which I cannot say about any other agency or solicitor I have used in London so far

They were friendly and professional, and really took the time to listen to my requirements and concerns. They suggested some great options and in the end found me my new place which not only ticks all the boxes I had but has exceeded my expectations of what I could find for the budget I set them. I don’t often write reviews (except when I get either really good or really bad service). With Outlet, I have just got really good service again so I thought I would share. Outlet have managed my property now for about 8 years and it has totally taken the hassle out of being a landlord. Their management rates have been consistently competitive and I just don’t have to worry about my property any more, instead I can just enjoy the fact that it is going up in value. I do not want the stress of having to deal with tenants, I just need to know that everything has been done and that everyone is happy (which they are). My tenants generally always stay a long time because the property is looked after and their needs are met. This is great for me. Because they have little staff turnover, I get to deal with people like Gary and Fernando who know me and know the property, which really saves time when things need doing. Furthermore, Josh introduced me to their financial advisor who has literally saved me a couple of thousand pounds a month with some excellent remortgage and debt consolidation advice. I couldn’t be happier – thanks Outlet.

I have used many estate agents and EVERYTIME it has always been a stressful process, so I was reluctant to rent my flat again until I met Josh from Outlet. He reassured me that they would look after me and that they certainly did. From finding tenants through to moving them in to finding new tenants REALLY QUICKLY when they old tenants moved out (this has happened twice and both times have been equally as quick), so it was only a very small period of time that my property was vacant in between. They were very meticulous with everything and if I had any issues they were straight on it and it was sorted. I stupidly doubted them once regarding my tenants saying they didn't double lock the front door as they weren't given keys and I had locked them out when I went to do a little bit of maintenance, I even sent josh a rather long stern email, which he replied very nicely with a photocopy of the keys the tenants had signed for! Lesson learned, so the tenants were given a huge telling off. Which brings me to one more point, I again stupidly didn't get outlet to manage it, which was a big mistake as its another bit of stress they can take away from you, the above I wouldn't have even known about or had to drive all the way back to the property to let them in along with a few other small, but time consuming situations. Outlet can manage all of that stress for you and in my experience it is extremely worth it! They also sold one my properties very quickly for me, which again was surprise surprise easy. So, I have used them as a "landlady" and a seller so I would recommend outlet for selling, buying and renting every day of the week over other money grabbing, less attentive agents.
