I used Oulsnam to market my property for letting. I found them to be very professional and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. They provided advice as to the most suitable tenant from the applicants, and sorted all the necessary documentations. Based on my experience I would use them again and definitely recommend their services.

Selling with the Moseley branch was great until after completion. I asked for some legal advice on an issue with the new owners and didn’t get a reply. The customer journey goes beyond the basics and it was apparent that once money changed hands you were no longer interested. Trying to look at properties for sale through your kings Heath branch was much worse and I would advise everyone to steer clear. Rude. Unhelpful. Arrogant. Having been told a house I asked to view was out of my budget (not having asked what this was), I wasn’t able to get a viewing. They couldn’t sell the house and it was reduced in price. I eventually got to see it and bought it. What’s a shame you didn’t let me view it the first time I asked as I could both afford it and afford to pay more. The boom in the property market has left you with a complacency that will be your undoing once the market falls.

The management staff we dealt with were exceptionally rude, called to complain we weren’t doing enough and moan extensively about our solicitors. Pretty sure they didn’t even let the sellers know when we asked for a reduction based on the valuation as they called back within 30 seconds, when previously it had taken them half a day to submit our original offer! One manager told us the rest of the chain had proposed a particular date for completion so we arranged removals etc for this day, only to discover they had entirely made this date up and no one was ready

Great sales pitch,but once you’ve signed the support you get after that is poor. They valued my house ,but I ended up dropping it by £10000. Had to do all the viewings ourselves and chase them for feedback. Next time would use purple bricks, can’t see how they can justify what they charge for a poor service.never use them again or recommend them.
