TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I would not recommend to anyone! Really screwed us over, ignore emails, do not return your calls. Manager extremely rude and very unprofessional. House was absolutely filthy, full of damp and dilapidated but they were unwilling to make any repairs. They have caused us so much stress. I would not recommend them for Lettings and am shocked by the awful level of service we have received.

Appalling service.They are impossible to get hold of, takes ages to respond to email and never answer the phone.Unprofessional and out of touch with government legislation and are condescending if you try and inform them.Unhappy to help and very blunt in their messages.Absolute time wasters.

I am more than happy to recommend the Oulsnam estate agent when looking to move your house. My case was handled by Kathryn who proved to be amazingly efficient in handling the process so that everything went so smoothly! Kathryn was in regular contact with me, explained things clearly and responded to all my questions immediately. This was especially important given the fact that I was moving from outside of the county. We managed to do everything at distance; I only had to be there in person when collecting the keys, making it very convenient 😊 Thanks from Justyna

We had a fantastic experience with Oulsnam in Northfield selling our property. All members of the team were friendly, professional and easy to contact via phone or email.In particular, Jessica at Northfield was incredible. We were in a long and complicated chain and Jessica was always helping us communicate with the rest of the chain, going above and beyond to ensure the chain didn't collapse. If we ever needed any help or just wanted an update, she would find out for us.I can't recommend Jessica and her team enough.

Never use this agency. Im very dissapointed and not happy. A lot of conversation we had an email about a house in Lickey Hill, Pine Grove. I wrote and said to the agency we are looking for long term rent a property. Wait 1,5 week to get appointment, I drove 80 miles there and back to have a look. Me and my wife like the house than I ask whats the next step, than they said this house rent only for 12 month. No apologised. Its very unprofessional, wasted my very expensive time and fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. Never use this agency again.
