Such a shame that they made purchasing a property such a negative experience. After dealing with the manager initially at the Redditch branch who was lovely we got passed to another member of staff when we proceeded with the property. I can honestly say the way I was dealt with and spoken to through the entire experience was rude and down grading. I have never had such an unpleasant experience and will make sure anyone who asks is aware not to deal with this agency/person. We have since spoken to friends selling a property with this company who have had a similar experience with the same person. This should have been an exciting time for us and yet it was turned in to dreaded phone calls and conversations. The positive was at least for collection of keys she was not in the business so we could at least enjoy that experience.

The Droitwich branch was recommended for the sale of my elderly mother’s flat and I am delighted that we went with them. They were professional and efficient whilst providing an interest in the service they provided. Stephanie was excellent at the start and Angela and her team kept me informed and were supportive as I live away from the area. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process. Many thanks for everything you have done, and continue to do, we are so grateful.

She would rearrange her schedule if we needed to come in to see her, she competently handled all viewing on our house, dealt with a number of problems we encountered in a professional manner and chased our solicitors and buyers to conclude the sale in a timely manner. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICEHaving to sell a retirement property is a little outside the normal market. After trying two high street estate agents in Bromsgrove, I eventually made a very sensible decision and approached Oulsnams. From taking the first step into their office, I knew I had made the right decision, and from then until the eventual sale of the property the help, advice, and assistance I received from Tim and his team has been exemplary. The communication throughout the sale process was excellent. We were always kept up to date with what was happening, and even when things slowed down a bit in the chain, we were informed about that too so that we knew what was happening. The exchange of keys happened swiftly and we felt the service we had was professional throughout. We would definitely recommend them again.
