Excellent service from the Bournville office, especially Sue.Kept in touch every week, kept us informed along the process, excellent service.Always there if there was a problem Would use them if selling a property again far better than the firm we did use to sell our property. We used oulsnams as they where selling the property which we bought.

I used the Barnt Green office to sell my late Father's house in Barnt Green. Big shout out to Shelbi, Sarah and Karen as I could just leave everything with them to deal with. Made the whole experience very easy and straightforward. Not an easy process with Grant of Probate having to be applied for in addition to the house sale. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, including arranging viewings etc. Everyone kept me up to date at all times and the property was well marketed which resulted in a very quick sale. I could not fault the level of service I received from the team. I would highly recommend Oulsnam as an estate agent. Thank you so much Ian Rockliffe

Shelbi guided us through the ( sometimes) difficult process very well. There is always a potential conflict of interest with the sale of a property ( and how much an estate agent suggests the vendor market the property at) but Oulsnams marketed the property at a much better price than others had suggested and this was bourne out by the 98% price achievement.
