The staff at Oulsnam estate agents in Bromsgrove were absolutely brilliant in connection with the purchase of my dad's property. From the first viewing to the day he got his keys, everyone there has been so friendly, helpful, and extremely supportive. The process of moving my elderly dad was very stressful but I always found that they were willing to help with any issues I had. I always felt they were in our corner, and I am very grateful for that. What a great team. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

Extremely efficient and very courteous. They are prompt to answer the phone and either call back with an answer or tell us straight away. They are on top of the properties they manage and are knowledgeable about them. Karen who showed us around a property was really nice, lovely nature, knowledgeable and courteous.

TrustpilotLocal bias with lack of communication
We were moving into Droitwich. Oulsnam were very biased to the local chain, which caused issues with keeping up with status and being pro-active with other needs of the chain. Staff were on holiday, so continuity also difficult.They would not communicate with solicitors at all and due to unecessary time delays led us to a probate situation.We nearly lost our buyers and felt we were acting as go betweens to keep things going.It was a very nervous and frustrating time.Finally moved.
