As housing agent, you should be involved in handover/takeover keys from the seller to the buyer by doing this, you can ensure that the seller has moved out of the house and left the house in good state.You don’t just leave the buyer to collect keys from the seller at night on completion date where your phone number can’t be reach for assistance.

With special thanks to Trina, Angela & Claire who went above and beyond to make a very complicated transaction run as smooth as it could, they kept me up to date with any updates so that i never felt like i didnt know what was happening behind the scenes. i would highly recommend using Oulsnams wether it be buying or selling.

They are the worst. They had fooled us and let the landlord take all the money for unnecessary reasons, when we moved in the Electric hob had 2 induction work and 2 didn't and same with locks. So she repaired it but now wrote it all to be taken from our deposits. And our last day was 5th September and in 2 weeks said ro move all stuff out when we said it was difficult they charged another huge amount and brought all our deposits to 0. They are unable to stand for You .Please don't book with then for anything.

Initially they were great and responsive, however once we had a buyer they stopped answering our emails. Not only that Trina openly raised concerns over the sale time with our buyers, which both ourselves and our buyers thought was unnecessary.
