Excellent, so glad we chose Oulsnam .All the staff in the Bromsgrove branch were so on the ball. They rang back when they said they would, they had all the answers to any questions and on the off chance they didn't they soon found them out. All the little things that reduce the amount of stress when moving house. Sorry to say a service like we received is hard to find today thanks to them all.

What a service!!! Shelbi and her team were wonderful, through what was quite a lengthy process in selling my mother in laws property. They kept me informed every step of the way. Shelbi came out to my mother in laws nursing home so that she could sign the relevant paperwork. There didn’t seem to be enough anyone could do for us. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company and in particular this branch. Thanks again 🙏🏻

When I first made contact Robert Oulsnam Redditch in connection with the sale of my late Aunt's bungalow the agent was very friendly and professional and I was fully briefed in all the details of selling the property, the charges, the documents required and approximate time line for the sale. We arranged to meet at the property and the agent had arranged for a photographer and an efficiency engineer to be there at same time. This meant all sales documents could be prepared and available quickly. Then Robert Oulsnam made all the arrangements for the viewing of the property and kept us fully informed of any sale offers. We then ageed on the sale. All the staff at the Redditch office were very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Claire at Oulsman Droitwich branch, was soo helpful, & gave me details for several properties, for sale in the area. I was unable to locate one apartment, as there wasn't a visible for sale sign..However I did notice a hand written for sale sign, in an upstairs window , I called the number. Within 10 minutes a lovely lady came & showed me around.I got home put an offer in, as soon as I got home,which has since been accepted.I popped a thank you card off for Claire, who was so pleased for me, & wished me all the best . I thought that was really nice, no hard feelings, at all.

We have dealt with Oulsnam for our last 6 sales, previously using their Northfield and Bournville office teams. The Bromsgrove team looked after us with our recent sale. Once again we have been very pleased with the brilliant service throughout the transaction. The whole team have been excellent, always friendly, professional and maintained great communication with us from the very outset. Thomas Miller carried out our initial survey and his in depth knowledge and understanding of the property market gave us the confidence to proceed with our sale. A big call out to Peter Styler who has been absolutely outstanding at keeping our sale on track, regularly chasing all parties for updates and giving us reassurance when there were a few bumps in the road in the chain. We would not hesitate to recommend Oulsnam and indeed we would be very happy to work with the Bromsgrove team again in the future.
