From first contact with James to the ongoing management and communication with Lisa, we found Oulsnam to be friendly, efficient, supportive, and ultimately successful, with our house sale.The process wasn’t easy. Our first buyer was uncommunicative and disrespectful, we assume as a strategy to force us into reducing our price. Oulsnam helped us through the frustration, and then to find a new (and more reasonable) buyer once we’d told the original joker where to go.Thanks to all the team.

We have used the sales team at Oulsnams to sell our mother’s house, we have been extremely lucky to have Natalie, Branch manager at the Northfield branch in Birmingham working on our sale. I have found Natalie to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, and Natalie is always clear on advice . Natalie is always quick to respond and often will pick up the phone rather than wait to either chase or remind me or answer any questions.I recommend Natalie, and therefore Oulsnams, and I would certainly encourage family and friends to use the service.Thank you

Robert Oulsnam and Company were absolutely fantastic with the sale of my Mum’s house.After losing my Mum, Oulsnam’s were extremely sympathetic and handled the situation very professionally.The very personal touch of even letting us know that my Mum & Dads house (where I grew up in), had gone to a lovely family…. Of which they contacted us after the sale of the house, just goes to prove how caring they are!!!Massive thank you to all the staff at Droitwich branch!!!
