Trustpilot24 Brandan Road, Alvechurch Pt 2
Oulsnam Estate have responded to my post asking me to remove the address in question from the review. Stating that the trustees solicitor has stated that the sale is legal, which I have never stated otherwise. Funny how I am a trustee of my mother's will and have had no communication from any solicitor in three and half years since my mother's passing. They say out of respect for my parent's property and my parents I should remove this information. WHAT RESPECT HAVE OULSNAM ESTATES SHOWN ME? All Olusnams have done is threaten me with the police, failed to investigate my wishes, and issue demands.My answer to your response is:You brought this upon yourselves, by failing to carry out due diligence and I can only assume that commission it important.

This estate agents failed in every way with my parents property 24 BRANDEN ROAD, ALAVECHURCH whereas the property is being contested and maybe subject to probate. Prospective buyers be aware as this fight is long from over. I am an executor in my mother’s will and the other executor may not have informed Oulsnam of this issue. However, I have, and Oulsnam estate agents at Barnt Green are fully aware of the situation but continue on with the sale. If you are a potential buyer of this property, please ensure you ask about this potential issue prior to making an offer. It would seem due diligent is not an issue when selling a property.
