Today I had a viewing with Oulsnam , Elisha showed me round . She was extremely friendly and helpful. And although property was not right for me , she was understanding and didn’t dismiss my worries . I have also dealt with Vicky on the phone and she was extremely helpful and understanding and was supportive with my disappointment on a property I missed out on buying

All of the team at Oulsnam Bromsgrove were really helpful throughout both the sale of our property and purchase of our new house. We felt like they all went the extra mile to ensure everything went through, especially the branch manager Tim. We love our new house and it wouldn't have been possible without the hard work of the whole team. Thank you!

Seemed to be helpful at first but had to do most of chasing myself to get the sale to completion. Also unhappy that the manager personally recommended the buyer and price but on completion it was put in an auction within 36 hours. Overall disappointed.
