We sold our house recently through Oulsnam's in Bromsgrove. From start to finish, they were great! Good communication throughout the whole sales process, with regular updates provided. They were professional, yet friendly and very patient when our initial purchase fell through, meaning we had to go back to the drawing board. Don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if we did, would certainly use Oulsnam's again.

Came out on time to give us quote, nice photos and pack for prospective buyers. They did change an appointment time without informing us, so we hadn’t vacated property on one occasion. Eventually sold, after a couple of earlier attempts pulled out. Hopefully now staff are up to speed with the new leasehold regulations, and the time it takes to arrange a variation.

Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's bungalow in probate, having done equally fine work selling our main family home after the death of my father in 2020. Shelbi and her colleagues know their market extremely well and know when to push seller and buyer hard and when to tell them to hold their nerve. An excellent job done - thank you.

Agents pleasant and accommodating to begin with. After a buyer made an offer we agreed to, Oulsnam had no more contact with us. House sale took over 4 months, we heard nothing from Oulsnam at all. No one got in touch to keep us updated or to offer advise or support. House sold itself as photos were quite amateurish.
