The whole team at the Northfield branch were great from start to finish. Jessica in particular was fantastic throughout, giving regular updates and chasers whenever things slowed down with the solicitors. When she was away on holiday other staff were briefed on where we were up to with the sale and able to assist as well rather than us just being forgotten. Selling and buying a property can definitely be stressful and you can sometimes wonder if you've made the right choice on certain companies, but we didn't regret using Oulsnams at any point. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Throughout this long process we experienced a lot of genuine care from Oulsnam staff who rendered to us 'above and beyond' services. Branch manager, Rachel, was quick to advise us on each step from valuation to remarketting the property when sale failed; she showed consistently high level of professionalism while dealing with sadden change of circumstances in sale of our house. Karen kept us regularly updated on stages of our sale and liased perfectly with solicitor panels and buyers'/sellers' agents, closely overseeing the whole buying-selling chain. Becky efficiently carried out viewings. On each three ocassions our house was sold within 3 days and generated multiple offers that either met or exceeded asking price. Undoubtedly, the completion of our complicated house sale/purchase process would not succeed without efforts of Oulsnam dedicated team.
