Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

Oulsnams were golden in sorting the sale of my Mum's property. The sale was complicated and difficult but they got on with it without any hassle. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, they communicated with us through every step. They suggested alternative ways and steps in order to get the sale completed. I cannot fault them at all. Thank you so much for such a pleasurable experience despite the difficult circumstances.

GoogleTerrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.

There was a mix up with our reps diary which led to the delay and I fully appreciate your frustration and again I just wish to apologise on be half of the company for not keeping you updated and failing to deliver the service you deserved.
