GoogleFrom my first interactions with the Bournville team I had a good feeling about them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, something I definitely can't say about other estate agencies I approached. As a first time buyer Karen and Emma were both great at helping me with the buying process, kept me informed at every point and we're incredibly helpful. Would very much recommend using Oulsnam and would use them in the future if I have need of an estate agent.

GoogleA bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏

GoogleI recently bought & sold through Oulsnam, Bournville. Wonderful team there- always responded to my questions, made me feel a valued customer and they had time for me whatever the query. They even answer the phone! Emma is brilliant, very knowledgable, patient and calm. With her support, I found what could have been a very stressful process, to be easy to navigate. Emma guided and supported me well through the whole journey. Top marks!
