We have no problem in recommending Oulsnams. Droitwich office have sold our property recently and the process went very well. All the staff we met or spoke to were pleasant and engaging. We took their advice and achieved a very fair price for the property.

They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!

I have sold and purchased all three of my properties over the years from a starter home and two family home’s, one of which I have recently sold, to downsize further South with family near by. Oulsnams was always first choice for service, I can recommend them as a company you can trust.

We used Oulsnam Estate Agents to sell a residential property. Throughout the process, the sales team were helpful and supportive. The process was quite lengthy but we were kept up to date with developments. They were quick to return our calls and made efforts to address any issues in a timely manner. They were upfront about the costs for their services and were always honest and realistic. I would recommend them.

GoogleBeen renting privately for 15 years +, so far the best letting agent I have used. Very proactive in repairs, responsive and professional in communications and friendly. Special mention to Chloe for going the extra mile to get things done over Christmas and new years and putting up with my million chaser emails. Fairly balanced between looking after their client which is the landlord but also serving the tenant with equal attentiveness :) Thanks guys Nadine

Robert Oulsnam in Moseley has acted for me in the sale of two properties over the last 11 years. James and Lisa dealt with the sales and I cannot praise them enough. Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

Oulsnams were golden in sorting the sale of my Mum's property. The sale was complicated and difficult but they got on with it without any hassle. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, they communicated with us through every step. They suggested alternative ways and steps in order to get the sale completed. I cannot fault them at all. GoogleTerrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.

There was a mix up with our reps diary which led to the delay and I fully appreciate your frustration and again I just wish to apologise on be half of the company for not keeping you updated and failing to deliver the service you deserved.
