More than just an estate agent…

When selling your property often your natural thought would be to use a long established agent in your local high street. For us we actually thought a new agent to the area might just have that fresh approach and drive that’s needed to achieve the best result possible in the current market. Osborne Heath gave us exactly that. From the moment we met Natalie, who manages the Weybridge office, we knew we had made the right decision and felt completely in safe hands. Natalie definitely knows the market and also put us at ease like an old friend, which was an added bonus. Once the sale was agreed, we were assigned a sales progressor whom I can’t praise enough. Pam, who we referred to as our ‘other solicitor’, relentlessly kept everything and everyone on track throughout. She would never fail to respond promptly, efficiently and always achieved the end result that was needed; even when obstacles where there. A special mention and thank you to Georgie Turner at the Sunninghill branch. We visited two properties that i had chosen on the same day and they wern't right for me. Georgie said 'I will have something in a couple of weeks which i think is just right for you'. She wasn't wrong, she has found me a perfect home which exceeds my super high expectations! Kyle looked after us for viewings and quickly accommodated a second viewing and meeting the seller which confirmed for us that it was the right property for us. He was fab, straight talking and helpful. Virginia then supported us MASSIVELY in helping me deal with solicitors to get the sale pushed through (within 4 weeks from viewing to moving in!!!) - I was a first time buyer so was getting fobbed off a lot by our solicitors taking ages to do things, without Virginia's expertise and tips we would not have got the house through in the stamp duty window (she honestly saved us tens of thousands because of this). She was always available to speak to and resolved anything she could as quickly as she could. She was a dream. Great, professional service all round - COULD NOT FAULT THEM! We recently let our home out in Ascot using Osborne Heath. I have been delighted with the professionalism of Sam, Kate and Donna on the lettings team who have between them made the process seamless.
