GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Claudia at Osborne Heath. She was incredibly helpful in arranging viewings and particularly in showing us properties that we couldn’t find ourselves on Rightmove. Having lots of different options to consider was really valuable, especially as we had a specific situation and a lot to think about. Some of the properties weren’t quite what we were looking for, but Claudia was always helpful and responsive and we ultimately found a home we’re really happy with. Thank you Claudia!

GoogleThe team at Osborne Heath have just helped us sell a property and I can’t recommend them enough. Elle King was our main contact, and she was so helpful, professional and friendly. I was so impressed that the whole sales team visited the house at the start to meet me and discuss its features. The weekly update phone calls were much appreciated, even those weeks when there was nothing much to say. They were proactive and helpful from start to finish. Thank you Elle and team!

GoogleJess helped me in my search for a rental property, she was very professional, responsive and came back to me with suggestions of suitable properties. We viewed a few and she was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In the end I got a property through another agent but Jess was such a standout experience that I thought it worth writing her this review!

To say Kyle at Osborne Heath has gone above and beyond would be an understatement - our house sale was extremely challenging with many tens of enquiries coming our way, 5-6 emails daily at one point and plenty of out-of-hours phone calls dealing with questions over a period of many months. I’d given up on the transaction many times and am amazed we’ve managed to exchange - in no small part due to Kyle and the team. His ability to navigate challenges with professionalism and compassion was highly impressive throughout, and when buying or selling in and around Ascot I wouldn’t consider going or recommending anywhere other than Osborne Heath.

GoogleTrying to find a new property to rent can be a difficult process. Claudia from Osbourne Heath Estate Agents made it an easy and pleasurable one. She very quickly cottoned on to what we were after and got to know us as individuals. Time wasting is often the case in this but with Claudia it proved otherwise. GoogleI had an excellent experience with Osborne Heath during my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. From the outset, they were friendly, approachable, and responsive at all times, which made a huge difference throughout the process. What really stood out was their ability to understand exactly what I was looking for, they found me a beautiful home off-market that fit the bill perfectly. Jack handled the sellers with speed and professionalism, while also maintaining a positive and respectful relationship between all parties. I really appreciated how accommodating Jack was, arranging several viewings without ever being pushy. It genuinely felt like OH cared about finding the right home for me, rather than just closing a deal. The hugest of thanks to Jack - very experienced, confident, and capable. He handled everything, including me (and I’m not the easiest client), with great patience and professionalism. Brilliant service from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
