The team at Osborne Heath have just helped us sell a property and I can’t recommend them enough. Elle King was our main contact, and she was so helpful, professional and friendly. I was so impressed that the whole sales team visited the house at the start to meet me and discuss its features. I had a great experience with this estate agents during my lettings move. Jess, Sophie and Charlotte were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Elle is a very kind and professional , not to mention her patience,understanding and support. Nothing is too much trouble. She has got us through all the hard and difficult times. We have just moved into our lovely new home sold to us by Osborne Heath. They have been amazing since I walked into their office 11 months ago. Elle Harcup called me pretty much every fortnight, some properties were definitely not right but it just felt like she was assimilating what we were really looking for. They came up trumps in September and have made our buying process as good as it could be. Jonathan and Mia were also professional and collaborative, but Elle has been a shining star. Such a warm and personable young woman , it felt like she was building a relationship with us and the seller. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying or selling a property.

The meaning of Customer Service

We had been viewing houses from February 2025, saw our new house in September and moved in on December 19. I met several agents over the weeks, but Osborne Heath stood out way above the rest thanks to the efforts of Elle Harcup (and shout out to Mia back in the office). Highly knowledgeable and professional, she made house buying a pleasure, if that is possible, and took much of the stress out of the situation. Enthusiastic customer service is not usually the norm on this side of the Pond and in this case expectations were surpassed. Well done OH and EH!

Wow..... What a wonderful bunch of people..... Buying and selling can be a traumatising experience and I had my fair share of melt downs.
