My wife and I had an excellent experience with Holly Knowles of Osborne Heath Windsor. She was very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and very nice to deal with during our property viewing. We've have met few other estate agents but Holly is the best. I would say that she is very passionate in what she does and very much fit to the role. Highly recommended!

Place has gone a bit downhill since the previous sales manager Gregg has left. Now seems unprofessional at times and team seems a bit inexperienced so i decided to terminate my contract - which they seemed happy to do so. I'm giving one star as I was happy with the service when the previous sales manager was in charge.

Amazing, all the team members are extremely supportive and helpful. I have been looking for two years and delt with many good and bad state agents, these ones are definitely the good ones. Also afterwards we had a person who was the support on the purchase that chases us and the sellers to make sure the deal happen asap.

As a buyer, I found Osborne Heath exceptionally professional and engaged. From the day I walked in off the street they were proactive, showing me a couple of properties straight away and sending me regular emails with appropriate listings. When I decided to go ahead with a purchase after several months they had already taken the time to know me well enough to treat my interest as credible, and the process took eight weeks from first viewing to completion. This was despite some obstacles which were overcome largely because of OH's proactive engagement with the seller, buyer, and a number of third parties, backed up by a desire and drive to make it happen. Excellent service from Osbourne Heath

After a collapsed property purchase with another company, where the sales progression dept was very slow in responding, it was wonderful to work with Pam at Osbourne Heath. She is super efficient, nice with it and very calm and patient and straight on it when there was a hiccup. Also, Sophie, who showed me the property three times, was so lovely, met me at short notice, and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Osborne Heath - we got the purchase through in six weeks!
