The meaning of Customer Service

We had been viewing houses from February 2025, saw our new house in September and moved in on December 19. I met several agents over the weeks, but Osborne Heath stood out way above the rest thanks to the efforts of Elle Harcup (and shout out to Mia back in the office). Highly knowledgeable and professional, she made house buying a pleasure, if that is possible, and took much of the stress out of the situation. Enthusiastic customer service is not usually the norm on this side of the Pond and in this case expectations were surpassed. Well done OH and EH!

Kyle, Tina and team have been so fantastic to work with. We had a really difficult situation, having been on the market with another agent, with a string of unqualified buyers, multiple failed sales, and a huge amount of stress! Kyle found us a super qualified buyer immediately, with a back up cash buyer who offered very low and then came up. The house was listed and sold within a month, start to finish, and we received really great advice, guidance and support from Osbourne Heath. I would highly recommend and am massively grateful!

We viewed multiple properties with Osbourne Heath, Toron was always the agent conducting the viewings, he was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our requirements. He also supported and managed the offer stage well by keeping us fully updated at all times. Our after sale process was managed by Pam, she was also very helpful and understanding and did a great job at keeping us updated. I signed on to Osborn Heath to help me to find a rental property. Charlotte Travers of the Ascot branch was absolutely outstanding in her attitude and commitment to helping me. She kept in constant contact, alerting me to all new properties before they came on the market and then always followed up to see if I wanted a viewing. A special mention and thank you to Georgie Turner at the Sunninghill branch. We visited two properties that i had chosen on the same day and they wern't right for me. Georgie said 'I will have something in a couple of weeks which i think is just right for you'. She wasn't wrong, she has found me a perfect home which exceeds my super high expectations! She has been brilliant in moving things along and I was right to trust her. Superb understanding of what i wanted and then to make it happen and the property is not even on the market!! Post purchase support from Virginia was just as good.
