Honestly would have given 0 stars if We could. Georgie lovely and did a wonderful job however, Virginia handled the process after sale agreed and was terrible. Wrong information given, no updates, terribly rude to myself and my partner on numerous occasions- lied to us on the things that came up for the sellers. Decided to pull out because of all the lies and being messed around for months. The buyer wasn’t a serious buyer and a complete waste of our time and money on solicitor fees! We are now £1600 down . Would NOT buy through them. Such bad customer experience when it’s such a stressful time buying and selling a house. Very disappointed unfortunately. Thanks for trying though Georgie !

If it was simply their attention to detail, administration and communication alone which set Osborne Heath (OH) head and shoulders above the rest, then that would be a good start, but it goes much further than that. Bear with me. Based, not only on our own personal experience, but that of our friends, too, it must first be noted that most of the estate agents in the Ascot area live up to the worst expectations we all have of the profession. Perhaps it’s because they have easy pickings, it’s a buoyant, hugely wealthy market, after all, even then, there is no excuse for the sort of practices that would get you fired on the spot in any other profession. Osborne Heath (OH) have been the exception, from the outset they were outstanding; regular contact and knowledge of the market is one thing, but as with any profession and all sectors, it’s the people that set an organisation apart. I can only imagine the OH culture comes from the top and is set by example, in which case, James Niknejad has done a fantastic job. The staff all speak normally, this is not as insignificant as it may sound. They don’t have that distinctive singsong voice other estate agents have; they could be talking about the benefits of a foot spa it lacks so much sincerity and, no, however hard they try to convince me, I’ve not met them before nor are they my long lost friend. Osborne Heath are a breath of fresh air. They have stuck with us through many long months of highs and lows, steadfastly loyal, always polite and unswervingly sincere. Sasha deserves a special mention here, his genuine warmth and empathy mean his regular Monday phone calls will be missed now we’ve sold our house. Kyle, from the beginning, was the powerhouse, overseeing operations with a firm hand and an invaluable insight on an unpredictable housing market. I’m not surprised they sell more houses in the area than any other estate agents, although one competitor persists in making claims to this title in their advertising, the statistics tell the truth. The valuation, photography, sales process and viewings were all handled by OH with expertise and by people you’d be happy to have round for dinner. Now we come to our experience during the crucial final months once an offer is accepted. We’d been here before with Chewton Rose only to be left shocked, as well as out of pocket, owing to their mishandling of the process, so we held our breath. We need never have worried. Within hours, Pam at OH introduced herself as our guide through the legal process and she has been an absolute star; calm and reassuring, always on hand with advice and information, not to mention an essential communicator between us and the buyer. How are these things ever done successfully without a Pam in your life? The selling/buying of a home is never a straightforward process, it can be nerve-wracking and stressful, we are just so glad we had Osborne Heath to help us through it. They are that rare thing, a group of hardworking professionals who genuinely want to do the best for their clients.

After a collapsed property purchase with another company, where the sales progression dept was very slow in responding, it was wonderful to work with Pam at Osbourne Heath. She is super efficient, nice with it and very calm and patient and straight on it when there was a hiccup. Also, Sophie, who showed me the property three times, was so lovely, met me at short notice, and nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend Osborne Heath - we got the purchase through in six weeks!

Very thankful to the team at Osborne Heath for selling our flat in Weybridge. After several failed development deals and being on the market with a different estate agent we had been dreaming of moving for a very long time. Kyle looked after us for viewings and quickly accommodated a second viewing and meeting the seller which confirmed for us that it was the right property for us. He was fab, straight talking and helpful. Virginia then supported us MASSIVELY in helping me deal with solicitors to get the sale pushed through (within 4 weeks from viewing to moving in!!!) - I was a first time buyer so was getting fobbed off a lot by our solicitors taking ages to do things, without Virginia's expertise and tips we would not have got the house through in the stamp duty window (she honestly saved us tens of thousands because of this). She was always available to speak to and resolved anything she could as quickly as she could. She was a dream. Great, professional service all round - COULD NOT FAULT THEM! We recently let our home out in Ascot using Osborne Heath. I have been delighted with the professionalism of Sam, Kate and Donna on the lettings team who have between them made the process seamless. We have previously used letting agents to rent a flat we had in London, and we did not receive this quality of service. So we have a good basis of comparison. The rates are very reasonable for the level of service and we also had a huge amount of interest in the house.
