We have just purchased our family home with Osbourne Heath. It was a long process due to tenants being reluctant to leave the house we were buying. Consequently, over the past 6 months, we've been in weekly (sometimes daily) contact with Roxanne - who has been absolutely fantastic. The sale would not have gone through without her hard work and diplomacy. We viewed LOTS of properties. Roxanne was patient, never pushy and went out of her way to find us a perfect home. We had a bad experience with another local estate agent, which meant we didn't want to view their properties.
