Both James and Tom have local knowledge, which they use to actively sell your property - that don't just wait for people to see your property on the internet. Instead they proactively contact potential buyers and match your properties features with the needs of viewers. Realistic and honest. How many agents would hand on local ofsted reports and sell the features of our wonderful village life??
