GoogleRecently purchased a property through Osborne Heath. Elle Harcup was the sales manager who showed us round and progressed the initial negotiations. We found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and skilful in balancing the needs of both us as purchasers and the vendors. Very focussed on keeping us up to date with progress; she came across as very hard working - it wasn't unusual to get an update from her well after normal office hours. We would be very happy to have Elle act for us in any future property sale.

GoogleWe were looking to move into the Ascot area in early 2024, and were delighted with the levels of service and expertise we received from Osborne Heath. Elle and Tina were a great source of local knowledge and information as we started viewing properties, to the extent we changed our search area on the basis of some key details they shared with us. Once we found a property we were interested in, we were unable to offer while we awaited agreeing the sale of the house we were in. During this period, Elle especially kept us updated of interest in the property, and the wider state of the market. When we could make an offer, she was very proactive through a challenging negotiation to see us through to an accepted offer. Subsequently, the internal team, led by Pam, assisted with a complex chain, where dates were fluid and saw us exchange and complete on the dates we wanted. We would recommend Osborne Heath without hesitation.

I was particularly impressed with the momentum that they maintained in regularly contacting all parties (we were in a chain of four households) and their professionalism.

GoogleKyle, Tina, Pam, Elle and the others at Osborne Heath were fantastic in handling the sale of my parents family home. It was a particularly difficult situation as my dad was house bound after an accident, and my mum was his carer, but they were always treated kindly and respectfully with great care taken over viewing times. From initially speaking with OH to handing in the keys was a long haul with a lot of stress and heartbreak. We very sadly lost my dad along the way and so decided to take the house off the market, but after a good few months my mum decided to try again with selling. The team at OH simply picked up where they had previously paused, and carried on. We never felt any pressure from them while we dealt with my dad’s passing. It genuinely felt like they cared. My mum’s now finally in her new home, around the corner from me, beside the Dorset sea and is happy. Cheers guys.

GoogleThis is to say a huge thank you, to the professional team at Osborne Heath, for all their hard work in bringing my house to market and getting it sold. All an agent can be asked to do is to get prospective buyers to view the property and they did that big time. I am grateful to Kyle, Tina, Elle and Pam for their different contributions including conducting viewings, progress chasing, liaising with all the parties involved and keeping everyone informed. The letting side of their business made a big difference in both selling my property and enabling me to purchase my apartment as a let ended. GoogleKyle, Tina and team have been so fantastic to work with. We had a really difficult situation, having been on the market with another agent, with a string of unqualified buyers, multiple failed sales, and a huge amount of stress! Kyle found us a super qualified buyer immediately, with a back up cash buyer who offered very low and then came up. The house was listed and sold within a month, start to finish, and we received really great advice, guidance and support from Osbourne Heath. I would highly recommend and am massively grateful!

GoogleDO NOT LET A PROPERTY OFF OR WITH THIS COMPANY!! We rent a property off of these, we deal with a person called Sophie Yeates who is very rude and doesnt care about tenants. As soon as our deposit was paid they went completely silent and I didn't even know what office I was picking the keys up from on moving day even after chasing and 2 different people were telling me 2 different offices. We then had issues with the property that they didn't seem to care about and wasn't communicating and just ignore emails. Then now issues are sorted directly from the landlord, the only contact they have with us is them harassing us for the rent BEFORE it is even due. We have logged all these issues with them and they don't care
Hi Thomas We are sorry to read your review. We do have a formal complaints procedure which we would recommend so we can look into your concerns and respond formally. In the meantime: If we manage the property you let through us we need to put you in touch with our property manager who will deal with any property related issues. If we do not manage the property then you would need to contact your landlord directly with any issues. It sounds like you already have the landlords details Regarding us contacting tenants for rent, we will never contact tenants before rent is due unless you have asked us to remind you. All tenants should have a standing order setup to pay rent on or before the correct day. We will only contact a tenant if the rent is not received by the morning it is due.
