GoogleVery impressed with how super-efficient the lettings team was in handling a very fast turn around. With just a few days notice, they arranged all the things that the property needed to get our new tenants in quickly and smoothly - gas safety, cleaning, inventory etc, and all with great communications. Also the rental statements are very clear and straight-forward, so everything feels very transparent to the landlord.

GoogleWe were looking for a property in the Charters School catchment area and although initially nothing was suitable, Elle was tenatious with her search for a property for us! A year later, she found a property that was a ideal match for and we were able to complete within 8 weeks after the offer was accepted. We viewed multiple properties with Osbourne Heath, Toron was always the agent conducting the viewings, he was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding of our requirements. He also supported and managed the offer stage well by keeping us fully updated at all times. Our after sale process was managed by Pam, she was also very helpful and understanding and did a great job at keeping us updated. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with Osbourne Heath.

GoogleWow..... What a wonderful bunch of people..... Buying and selling can be a traumatising experience and I had my fair share of melt downs. Greg was always there to defuse, calm me down and take the lead when I leant on him for support. All the staff at the Windsor office ie the lovely Lauren and of course JB were always so helpful and supportive especially when I was having one of my many Bimbo moments. Wonderful people especially at the time when the market wasn't doing so well. Absolutely reccomend

GoogleAs a buyer, I found Osborne Heath exceptionally professional and engaged. From the day I walked in off the street they were proactive, showing me a couple of properties straight away and sending me regular emails with appropriate listings. When I decided to go ahead with a purchase after several months they had already taken the time to know me well enough to treat my interest as credible, and the process took eight weeks from first viewing to completion. This was despite some obstacles which were overcome largely because of OH's proactive engagement with the seller, buyer, and a number of third parties, backed up by a desire and drive to make it happen. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Elle Harcup who assisted me with 2 viewings recently in Ascot. She was so helpful and friendly. Her manner, her attitude and just general desire to help was welcomed and refreshing. She took the time to really understand what i was looking for in a property and was a fountain if knowledge for the local schools and area. This was my first time dealing with OH and it was Elle who gave me a fantastic first impression.

Kyle is really lovely, very down to earth and makes you feel as though he really cares about your family and finding the right home. GoogleIt took us 4 years to find our dream house . We had seen over 60 properties and were losing faith when we met Elle from Osborne Heath . We instantly found her to be friendly , smart, helpful and most importantly, on our side . She showed us multiple potentials and through getting to know us, knew exactly what we were after . She found our perfect home and I’m currently in it writing this review . She is a FANTASTIC estate agent and deserves an immediate raise or promotion . She made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and alongside Pam in the office , guided us through the rough waters of buying a house . We are very happy and very grateful .

GoogleRecently sold our house through Osbourne Heath. Kyle was frank and honest at the valuation and they helped in getting a quick offer. Pam in sales support was incredibly helpful in ensuring the sale went through smoothly. We hope to move back to the area in a few years and hope the house we find is also advertised by Osbourne Heath.
