GoogleWe recently viewed a property with Oscar from Osborne Heath Estate agent and ended up taking it, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first contact, everything was handled in a professional, friendly and efficient way. The viewing itself was relaxed and informative, Oscar gave us all the details we needed without any pressure and made us feel comfortable asking questions. Communication afterwards was excellent, with quick replies and clear updates at every stage, which really made the process stress-free. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine the service felt ,nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear that Oscar really cared about making the process smooth for us. We’re very happy with our new home and extremely grateful for the support we received. GoogleMany tried, but Elle at Osborne Heath actually sold our house. Elle and colleagues were very thorough in understanding our property and our own needs in making an onward purchase. They were very patient in responding to our all our communications and Elle was great at getting in touch in a timely way to let us know how things were progressing and when new properties were coming up. Friendly and professional, would definitely recommend.

They found us a buyer in the 1st 2 weeks of going to market & we're there for us through out the hole experience. GooglePlace has gone a bit downhill since the previous sales manager Gregg has left. Now seems unprofessional at times and team seems a bit inexperienced so i decided to terminate my contract - which they seemed happy to do so. I'm giving one star as I was happy with the service when the previous sales manager was in charge.

GoogleAmazing, all the team members are extremely supportive and helpful. I have been looking for two years and delt with many good and bad state agents, these ones are definitely the good ones. Also afterwards we had a person who was the support on the purchase that chases us and the sellers to make sure the deal happen asap.

GoogleI signed on to Osborn Heath to help me to find a rental property. Charlotte Travers of the Ascot branch was absolutely outstanding in her attitude and commitment to helping me. She kept in constant contact, alerting me to all new properties before they came on the market and then always followed up to see if I wanted a viewing. I signed up to many estate agents but Charlotte was the only one who actually did what they said they would ie help to find a property!

GoogleI feel very lucky to have bought my house form Osborne and Heath. The whole process was completed within 3 months. Everything moved speedily and easily. Thanks Toron for being so proactive and helpful in getting things moving along. He was so helpful from start to finish and fitted in extra visits to the house for me which was very much appreciated. His knowledge on the house and area was outstanding. Thanks also to Pam who was wonderful at keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on. People say that buying a house is stressful but the team at Osborne and Heath meant I could enjoy the process. Thanks again Toron and Pam!
