Tina was an absolute delight to work with. She was informative, super friendly, transparent and kept me well updated after I had put my offer in. My property should be completing soon and it's largely in part due to Tina's excellent communication and expertise. Google10/10 - Really positive experience, as Osborne Heath has provided the highest quality service, and have shown genuine interest in helping us in our move from overseas, not only helping us find the perfect property, but also advising us during all the referencing and leasing process. Worth mentioning Sophia Picton, who despite her youth has acted with the highest professional standards, being proactive and efficient in solving every issue that came up.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Greg and Olivia on the entire Property exchange completion process from viewing until the hand-over. Very professional, friendly and flexible, they were able to accommodate us on a short notice to view the property at multiple instances. Greg was able to bridge the communications and resolve queries between the property Seller and our Solicitor. He was also able to guide us on the steps on the hand-over and Move process. Strongly recommend them to all.

GoogleFrom start to finish, when Greg came to appraise the property with Holly we had the sense that they knew what they were doing. They have been so professional from start to finish, it’s Thanks to Rikki’s tenacity, patience and professionalism we sold with in 8 weeks from start to finish, we completed today in fact. I honestly couldn’t fault them I had regular updates, and they delivered what they said they would. There’s a lot of negativity with estate agents, however I couldn’t praise them highly enough.
