We had a slightly complex journey to buying our new home - and I couldn’t be more relieved looking back that Osbourne Heath were the agents of it. GoogleWe have just purchased our family home with Osbourne Heath. It was a long process due to tenants being reluctant to leave the house we were buying. Consequently, over the past 6 months, we've been in weekly (sometimes daily) contact with Roxanne - who has been absolutely fantastic. The sale would not have gone through without her hard work and diplomacy. We viewed LOTS of properties. Roxanne was patient, never pushy and went out of her way to find us a perfect home. We had a bad experience with another local estate agent, which meant we didn't want to view their properties. Both James and Tom have local knowledge, which they use to actively sell your property - that don't just wait for people to see your property on the internet. Instead they proactively contact potential buyers and match your properties features with the needs of viewers. Realistic and honest. How many agents would hand on local ofsted reports and sell the features of our wonderful village life??
