I have been a tenant of Orbit for over 16 years and have been happy with them. I have had some health issues and I now need to use a mobility scooter. The tarmac outside is in a mess and I cannot get out in my scooter. This has been reported a number of times and no one has been out at all. The manager was supposed to call me back and this has not happened. I am also waiting for a repair that was reported 7 months ago. I understand that they have to prioritise jobs but 7 months is a long time. The office we report to is Stratford upon Avon. I am disappointed in the service being provided at the moment.

I was told that I would be put in accommodation due to the flooding after 25 hours when Orbit knew about it the water from the upstairs flat was finally turned off. Then the person who promised me accommodation got in. His car and drove off. I have severe COPD which DR'S can confirm and am recovering from pneumonia which they also can confirm. Nobody has bothered to help me except to say we will pay your electricity bill. No am disgusted with the service.
