I've been waiting over a week for a response from Orbit with regards to a question around the sale of my property. I've called over 5 times this week and have been un able to get through to the homeowners team. I've been promised a call back every time but no one has been in contact. The sale of my property is in jepoardy and Orbit don't seem to care to respond or contact me back. This isn't the first time i've had this issue within the last month. Only positive is the call operators which have generally been polite.
