Having had a bad year since Covid and lock down, I had suffered mental health issues and a breakdown. I was also burying my head in the sand and avoiding Orbit due to my rent arrears. Sharon Jones went above and beyond my expectations and helping me to realise I was going to lose my home if I didn't do something.She has been an absolute rock, so helpful, and supportive all the way. Having now cleared my arrears, Sharon still continued to support me in having an eviction cancelled, and get my tenancy renewed.I really couldn't recommend her more highly, she has been an absolute rock, throughout the process.

I am a tenant of orbit housing, i have been for 12 years. in all that time i habe never failed to pay my rent on time, at one point my rent account was £1000 in credit. yet today i have received a letter trying to scare me, because my rent is in arrears. not thet i have not paid, but because the benefits agency are late in paying, as they always are. so i am being threatened with eviction because somebody else is not paying on time. i wondere if they would use the same scare tactics when speaking to the benefits agency. i think not!!!!!!!!!!

Jo-Ann Lyon has been extremely helpful over the past 6 months. Helping me with a range of things since moving into my 1st orbit property from how to be a good neighbour to how to access further support from orbit. Jo-Ann enabled me to access the super surfer grant so that I could have the ability to get online and be confident in using the tablet I was provided. She also secured me funding to start a course of my choice. She has also offered wellbeing support and made sure I knew that she was always there if I needed to talk.

Orbit have been absolutely excellent towards me. They have come and done my repairs when requested, they are helpful and always very polite to me on the phone. I cannot say a bad word about them. Well I hope they are quicker sorting my mutual exchange out I understand that we have had lockdown but work men are out and visiting people in there homes I have always found orbit housing association to be very helpful and fair especially with repairs and quick to come out and get it sorted
