Be aware of this company ringing RANDOM numbers as rang me today x 3 and I ain't even got an account with them. 🤬🤬🤬 rang again the day after but loads of missed calls from the number. And finally number is off their system (Welsh water debt collectors. )

After contacting Robert Heath TWICE they still came before the arranged time on both occasions. Then I get a letter saying I had missed my appointment and could get a fine!!! To top it all at the Third attempt they arrived TWO HOURS EARLIER then arranged. No problems with the engineers but surely the booking system could get better.

One star is to many for this housing association. I have now moved to a different housing association, not being able to cope with being an orbit tenant anymore. They gave me permission to put a garden fence up, then spent a year chasing me down to remove it. Their mistake apparently. I was dealing with a cancer scare at the time and was being bombarded with emails and phone calls constantly. There was no let up.The house was handed to me in a shocking condition. My dad spent time and money putting a brand new kitchen in. I transformed the house completely. the house check when I moved said that I had improved the property substantially. They do not recognise good tenants and do not try to keep them. Never saw my housing officer again since moving in and was told on the phone that I should be grateful to have a plumber coming to unblock the constantly blocked up loo. My son had mobility problems and could only use that toilet.by the way orbit, your TENNANTS ARE NOT CALLED CUSTOMERS!!!! YOU ARE NOT A SUPERMARKET!!! Also stop sending people round to do random house checks, I had three in two months. Never, ever again.

Absolute shocking and lazy company..been a resident for over 15 years and ive never known so much incompetence from one company..drain in the garden that leads to no where so garden floods but instead of digging it out they concrete over it so now it floods even more..back door is well over 20 years old and now has completely locked so u cant get out of it, but according to orbit its not a priority so if theres a fire near my front door were supposed to jump through windows to escape. When u try talk to a manager we get hung up on..they think coz we rent through them they can treat us like crap and ignore basic matienance problems..landlords..laughable
