Leak from boiler caused damage to a lot of my kitchen and now orbit are fixing the problem but I can’t have the same colour so I am going to have to live with an odd kitchen and I live in open plan house .I don’t even get a choice of having white so I can save and get matching doors myself .Nobody wants to help

What made the experience great was that the agent was polite, respectful and had clearly come to do his job. He carried out a good check and found that a replacement part was needed. He listened to me patiently while I explained the problem concerning the thermostat. He ordered that also. My anxiety re: these visits was allayed by his manner.
