He told us the lights upstairs was more power then down stairs then took out our outside sockets which we paid for and said someone will come and sort it all out but no nothing has happened what a surprise

I am beyond exasperated with this company - they are an utter disgrace. We have had no front entrance door to our building for over a month. I have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to get a resolution without any success. Aside from the foxes who try to enter our property at night, and the dangerous security issues this presents to all the residents in the building, this is severely jeopardising the imminent sale of my property. I am currently taking legal advice as it's the only resort I have left to try and get this resolved. Avoid them at all costs!

Orbit don't listen. They ignore their tenants (customers as they like to call us). Their staff are rude also. Their contractors ruin our homes and don't care. Sooner I leave the better. I'm a vulnerable person and Orbit are aware. They just keep making feel low. Refuse me completely when I have a right. Also I made a complaint 26th March 2024. Couple of weeks ago they told me it's been resolved. Funny how I never got a response. They won't tale responsibility for their actions. They're certainly not for the people.

The National sales Manager of Orbit visited our home recently to review our PV installation. He seemed very knowledgeable, seemed to check everything but recommended £3,980 of remedial works. Can I trust them ? Can I be sure that this work is really needed ? Would it be done reliably ?

It's impossible to contact orbit by email or via their online hub to pay service charge. Their system blocks the access.Any idea what I can do to stop Orbit sending letters threatening to contact my mortgage company to have the outstanding amount added to my mortgage. If there is a regulator, I'm sure they would love this threatening behaviour.ThanksRob
