Orbit,This is to inform you that your customer support line is extremely unreliable, useless & unprofessional. Why do I say this? It is because you have made it a habit of keeping callers in the queue for 30mins to 1 hour ⏳, and at times hang them up.Secondly, you have discriminately increased my monthly rate without actually declaring why.Thirdly, the property that I reside in has become a prison of illness, dying heaters & damaged walls not forgetting monthly incremental service fees.Fourthly, you delay responding to client emails & and threaten them with subpoena for arrears accrued due to your unprofessional accounting department.Last but not least, you don't seem to investigate matters but just sit back and let these troubles depress clients up.Something MUST be done! Hopefully, some big official will come across these reviews and hold this company accountable.

And 1 star is too generous! I have been trying to get the communal roof above my flat fixed since October of last year. I have spent literally hours on the phone to no available with the Orbit hub, been lied to and hung up on. Having called them yet again today, I have been advised as the roof is major works there is a 90 day consultation. A further 90 days will take me to almost a year when I first advised them of the leak. My flat is almost uninhabitable, damp and mouldy. They are a shocking organisation. Please avoid at all costs.

Despite rearranging my gas safety check in good time and having everything confirmed in writing, I received a nasty warning letter threatening court plus an engineer turning up on the wrong date and leaving stickers all over my door. I wrote a complaint to Orbit, and RH Heating, which was left unanswered. A distressing situation with bad communication from the company.

Who is the housing officer for our area? Just look at my last review...1) See the details. (You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to work out where we are. 2) Send out letter to all tenants given details of who he/she/they/them are.Not even sure we have one. Nobody I've spoken to has a clue who it is.So Orbit, do you have housing officers or not. DON'T ASK ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES. I DON'T HAVE 2 HOURS TO WASTE TRYING TO GET THROUGH. JUST LET US ALL KNOW IF YOU STILL EMPLOY HOUSING OFFICERS OR, IS IT A JACK OF ALL TRADES SITUATION?DOES THE OFFICE CLEANER DOUBLE UP AS A HOUSING LIAISON OFFICER?

I'm not condoning violence but,I would look the other way if this neighbour was being choked to death. Vile creature. You'd just step over the body or kick it to the side with the rest of the rubbish. A total waste of good oxygen.There are 4 blocks of flats and numerous houses ( a lot privately owned) who have to put up with her. People with kids who have to listen to her screaming, shouting,not caring who she disturbs,upsets or annoys. Entry door glass kicked in. Still waiting to be replaced.As usual Orbit do eff all. Orbit always take favour with druggies and problem tenants. Not one has been evicted. There has only ever been one really bad druggie in these 3 blocks. Real crack den. Owed £1000s in rent and used communal electricity supply for years. Theft! He stole from other residents who's service charges increased due to amount of electricity used. Orbit ignored his theft so Scum landlord as you were complicit in the theft. You also knew he was a problem before he moved here. Moved him out of last place as involved in drugs. They love druggies and problem tenants. We were suffering for years but because after years of drug abuse he became so ill he was allowed to stay. You know who he is Orbit so please don't deny it. Doesn't matter that these people make us ill. Total insanity. He was ill because he was taking heroin. You don't need a PHD to work that out.He is clean now (well done) and a good tenant. I'm not going to name and shame him as no more problems but that's not the point. Orbit didn't know it would turn out that way. How bad do you have to be before Orbit actually evict you. Back to the woman. As tenants we can't confront her at home.That would be harassment. You're harassing this poor woman...all she's done is cheat steal and make your life miserable. JOKE!It came to our attention that half the estate is blacklisted due to her using our addresses for taxis and doing a runner. Taxi firm rang me, as a friend works there and knew it wasn't me calling a cab as I'd only just left the office. Tried to use my name and address to scam the taxi. Now I have to have password to get a cab. As I'd probably get eviction notice for daring to confront her, I did next best thing and rang ALL the taxi offices and gave them her real address should they wish to pay her a visit and request their money. Nicely of course.After all it is theft. Unlike Orbit I believe theft is wrong and don't believe it should be rewarded.Notes had also been put through all of the private flats and houses telling them to give cab firms a password for their address as obviously blacklisted due to her! Orbit would probably do nothing regarding this issue as they'd say it's not really a tenancy issue but, a personal issue. It's definitely personal to the man in one of the privately owned houses who's daughter couldn't get a taxi home at 2am the other weekend due to this thing using his address and doing a runner. His daughter was absolutely distraught and he was absolutely murderous. When he read the note I thought he was going to tear someone limb from limb. We explained she did same to a few of us.Unfortunately for her he can see everyone who comes in and out of the building.As he's not Orbit tenant, (there is a god) it's not against his tenancy to have a quiet word with her. Somehow, I doubt it will be that quiet as the man is absolutely livid. The even better bit...he apparently has ties to Irish travellers who are very protective of their women. I don't even feel sorry for her. If I were her. I'd start praying.It seems karma does bite you in the ass. All people in private houses/flats know you can get in through trade button at certain times of the day. The rage he had....i think he would propel himself up there. We said she was going to pee off the wrong person one day and, she really has. If I heard her being murdered outside my house I'd, just turn the telly up and make a cup of tea. Didn't see a thing officer! Due to her behaviour tenants and residents of the estate have had no sleep, afraid for their kids andobviously at breaking point so,I don't really care if she ends up in a body bag. As for the man in private house...I guess his daughter being refused a cab which could've compromised her safety could be the straw that broke the camels back. Thankfully, his daughter arrived home safely. Someone else's may not due to the thieving c u next Tuesday ripping taxi drivers off. Looks like she's the one who's going to get ripped off next. It could well be her limbs.Residents ( private ones too) will be asked to email the CEO requesting the Housing Officer has a meeting with us to discuss this issue! Orbit tenant. Orbits responsibility. Lets see if they have the balls to face everyone. Don't even know who they are!

Bsw are useless and can’t do a simple job condemned a new boiler in a new build had hassle told me to use emergen switch but it’s a combi boiler so no switch have 2 disabled ppl in Hse who rely on hot water but didn’t care came bk 2 days later to sort it absolutely disgusting
