GoogleBeing completely open, I will forever be grateful to Open House Worthing, and although the lovely Susi in particular, Luke was also fantastic. I got to a point where I didn’t think I would be able to find a home for my small human and I, but Susi made it possible. She went above and beyond to help and always got back to me when she said she would. They seem to be very hard working at Open House Worthing, care about what they do and the people they help. For example, Susi was unable to attend the viewing we had arranged and so instead of putting me out by cancelling/ re-scheduling, Luke was able to do the viewing. I feel like this shows they’re willing to work hard in order to meet clients’ needs, because Luke would have already been busy no doubt. Any contact I made was responded to promptly and the whole process was organised and smooth. I felt as though Susi really was on top of everything, contacting me when anything was needed, understanding of my schedule with regards to work, etc. Luke was also there and on top of absolutely everything if Susi wasn’t around. Thanks to these guys, my miniature and I are now blessed to be happily living in a beautiful home

GoogleWe used Open House Worthing, due to a recommendation, to sell my dad’s bungalow. Jason our estate agent was great. He was helpful, polite and very professional. He managed to find us a lovely buyer two weeks before Christmas! Probably one of the hardest times of the year to sell property. He explained everything clearly and kept us up to date with the process. Emails were replied to quickly and the same with phone calls. All in all a very smooth selling experience and I would highly recommend this company.

So glad we could get a positive result for you and be completed by early Feb less than 8 weeks later is a real success and down to us, the right solicitors, buyer and vendors all being super responsive so thanks for that. GoogleSelling our home with a 3 month old baby was a big step that we could only anticipate to be stressful yet we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Open House. From the very beginning, Neil was outstanding. He was open, honest and genuinely reassuring, and never once felt pushy or sales-driven. He set realistic expectations, promised only what he could deliver, and then exceeded them. Thanks to Neil’s deep understanding of his buyers, our property sold within a few days, before it even went live online. That alone took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders at a time when we already had so much going on. Communication was second to none. Neil was always available by phone or email, and if he was ever on another call he would ring back within 5, 10 minutes without fail. We were never left waiting, chasing or wondering what was happening, he was always touching base with us, the buyer, and the solicitors both sides to ensure everything was kept moving which made the whole process feel calm and under control. The virtual tour was another brilliant touch and something either not offered with other agents, or at an extra cost. It really showed how much care and effort went into presenting our home properly. Most of all, the service felt human, honest and supportive, not just empty promises or lip service like we’ve experienced with other agents. We’re incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Neil and the team to anyone looking for a genuinely amazing estate agent.

GoogleUnfortunately, my landlord was selling, so I needed to find a new rental property as soon as possible. Luckily, Jack was brilliant. He found several properties that I might like, arranged a viewing for the very next day, and I went ahead with one of them. The whole process was really smooth, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleI would strongly avoid using open house. They are liars and are very untrustworthy. I moved into an apartment and when viewing the property there was furniture already inside the apartment. I asked Tom who’s the owner of the furniture the landlord or the previous tenants? He replied with “it was all the old tenants furniture and we had right to get rid off it all if we wished”. So we did. Fast forward to trying to claim my deposit back. They asked where all the furniture had gone. I replied with “we got rid off it all as you told us it belonged to the previous tenants” Tom went back on his word and said “I never told you it was the tenants” and that he told us it belonged to the landlord. At this point I was very upset as I was being lied to and had been manipulated at the viewing. We argued over the deposit until I was not rewarded it. Furious, me and some family members went into the office to speak direct with them and find out why they decided to lie about ownership of the furniture. I said to Tom face to face “why did you tell me it belonged to the previous tenants when you clearly knew it was the landlords” and Toms reply was “well it doesn’t matter what I said now because your deposit has gone now” with a grin on his face. Absolutely terrible and untrustworthy people, I lost a near 700pound deposit over a two seater sofa with rips around it and a bed that literally had serval lats missing and had rust all round the sides of it. And they tried telling me that them items was worth 700pound. Complete scam and very unprofessional.
