Selling our home with a 3 month old baby was a big step that we could only anticipate to be stressful yet we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Open House. From the very beginning, Neil was outstanding. He was open, honest and genuinely reassuring, and never once felt pushy or sales-driven. He set realistic expectations, promised only what he could deliver, and then exceeded them. Thanks to Neil’s deep understanding of his buyers, our property sold within a few days, before it even went live online. That alone took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders at a time when we already had so much going on. Communication was second to none. Neil was always available by phone or email, and if he was ever on another call he would ring back within 5, 10 minutes without fail. We were never left waiting, chasing or wondering what was happening, he was always touching base with us, the buyer, and the solicitors both sides to ensure everything was kept moving which made the whole process feel calm and under control. The virtual tour was another brilliant touch and something either not offered with other agents, or at an extra cost. It really showed how much care and effort went into presenting our home properly. Most of all, the service felt human, honest and supportive, not just empty promises or lip service like we’ve experienced with other agents. We’re incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Neil and the team to anyone looking for a genuinely amazing estate agent.

I have never dealt with a more professional company, excellent service throughout from start to finish, nothing was a problem. Bryan was our main contact, we have dealt with him before when he was with another agent, so we went with Open House as this was where he had moved to, purely for his professionalism plus he is so obliging and helpfull and keeps you up to date all the through. Bryan was incredibly helpful when it came to buying our house in Peacehaven. He was friendly, communicative and supportive, especially when things changed very last minute and we were losing our minds over leased solar panels. He let us know what stage we were at consistently through the process and helped us to feel that someone was fighting in our corner when the whole process halted unexpectedly. I put my two bedroom bungalow on the market with Open House in Jan 22 and it could not have gone more smoothly. Neil was immediately the obvious choice when I had valuations done. Not simply because he went for the highest figure or had t he lowest rates. He was practical, sensible man who knew his business. He found me a buyer within a couple of week and secured more than the asking price. Danielle was excellent at keeping me up to date of what was going on and if any further information was required or if I needed to do anything. Neil was an excellent expeditor and did a good job of making sure things didn’t sit with solicitors longer than they needed to and was in regular touch. The whole process was concluded in under three months and I don’t even have any constructive criticism to offer. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to deal with people who just wanted to keep things moving and complete the process. If everything was this simple, life would be much easier.

I don’t know what took me so long to write a review especially that it’s a first ever review that I truly want to write. We been with another local agency for almost a year and they failed us twice (not mentioning ridiculously high fees). A switch to Open House was best thing ever. Neil is unbelievable and there are nothing that’s too much for him. I didn’t needed to chaise him even once. He always updated us with a progress even if there was nothing going on. All my emails was answered same day and all my calls returned in a matter of few hours.
