The listing for our house looked amazing, Neil then actively reached out to his existing clients and we had a buyer within a week. Neil managed all the pitfalls of being in a chain so we didn’t have to worry about anything, he went over and above to keep everything moving on a daily basis, immediately dealing with issues as they arose. Not one other estate agent in our chain bothered to do this, I honestly don’t think our purchase would have been successful without him.
