Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant service from start to finish! We recently sold our property through Open House and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Tom and the whole team were brilliant throughout the process. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated regularly, and whenever we needed something chasing they were straight on it. Towards completion in particular, Tom went above and beyond chasing the chain and keeping us informed, which made a potentially stressful few weeks so much easier. Most importantly, we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the sale through for us rather than us just being another property on their books. Everything completed smoothly in the end and we can’t thank the team enough for all their help. We’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending Open House to anyone looking to sell their property. Fantastic service and a great team, thank you again!

GoogleMade an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. GoogleBryan was incredibly helpful when it came to buying our house in Peacehaven. He was friendly, communicative and supportive, especially when things changed very last minute and we were losing our minds over leased solar panels. He let us know what stage we were at consistently through the process and helped us to feel that someone was fighting in our corner when the whole process halted unexpectedly. Even if nothing had changed, he took the time to reassure us and chase up all the other professionals involved. We would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house in the area!

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with Open House. We had a few valuations done, and I'm so glad we went with Open House. Jason was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and communicative. Luke also kept in contact to keep us in the loop. It was long, arduous process, but Jason was reassuring, professional and answered every question we had as first time sellers. Everyone is so lovely and always on hand to ask questions or raise any issues we were having. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again for any future sales!
