GoogleHad a discussion with Oakwood team (Langley) to explain the requirement to find suitable tenant for my house in langley. Sarah Merritt and Emmanuel McCalmon not only understood the timelines but also arrnged many viewing in short span of time. Sarah and Emmanuel are very professional, polite and patience in their approach. I'm happy to have made right decision i.e. to go to Oakwood Estate (Langley) to manage my property. GoogleMoving is stressful: there are many moving parts to align from the top of a chain to the bottom; various stakeholders involved with lots of paperwork to be filled in for solicitors, local council authorities, and the banks. Communication is key to a house move and we were fortunate to have Chantelle as our agent. GoogleEmmanuel was very professional and helped in looking for the property. Reducing the review star rating as I am still in house hunt, but there is no further correspondence from Oakwood and I can see 2 other properties with my search criteria being rented out 2 days back. I only found them as Let agreed directly on the other portals, would be nice if you can atleast communicate the newly available properties to those who have registered with you until they find a house.

GoogleWe recently purchased our property with Oakwood, had a very efficient and pleasant experience. The team is willing to help, in particular Lena is very efficient and understood our strict time lines and went out her way to meet these time lines. Would reccomend using Oakwood. Upon getting the keys to the property we were given plenty of goodies to help us settle in as well as a card signed by the entire team, so that was a pleasant suprise. GoogleI have found Oakwood estates very quick and professional in finding me new tenants multiple times now. Emmanuel is a very good negotiator who was able to get us rates over and above the asking price with multiple offers. I was not expecting that. Dominick did a good job by strategising the viewings in batch by keeping an open day which paid at the end. Their property portal is good as well and you can find all updates/documents there through out the journey with regular notifications to your inbox.
