GoogleTerrible property maintenance. 3 month delays. If there were an award for being the worst estate agent that technically makes Kate Mardon "the best".
Following our investigation, we believe this review relates to a missed pre-arranged appointment with a contractor, which resulted in a call out charge being applied. To clarify, we do not have control over charges imposed by contractors. Our role is limited to sharing relevant information and facilitating communication where appropriate.
